It was an amazing experience. The hotel was fairly clean with particularly good location on front garden and airy rooms. The staff were amicable, the atmosphere was quiet and everything was really good.

Location just off Margate as well as the town centre. What a welcoming and polite staff.

The room wasn't quite ready at 3pm, an absolute must for a hotel! Then, I noticed no signs about the low ceiling in room 6, very disappointing. As if that wasn't enough, I never even saw a complimentary bottle of water. I almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn't.

The room was very nicely set up with complementary tea and coffee.
While the interior of the hotel was clean and cute, I was surprised by the ordinary exterior in a suburban street. The low water pressure in the shower was quite frustrating, as it made my morning routine a bit more challenging. I found the lack of storage space for personal belongings somewhat inconvenient .

Our family enjoyed staying here, especially with the kids. Jim was very cute and the sea view room allowed us to unwind beautifully. The breakfast was full English and just what we needed to kick-start our adventures at Dreamland amusement park, just a short walk away.
My wife says that the rooms could use more storage space for kids' belongings.

Had a right boss time. The breakfast was spot on, proper tasty, with loads of choices. The room was clean and comfy, just like home. Only downside was a bit of a low water pressure in the shower, but didn't let that spoil me stay!

The room was beautifully set up with a TV and a cozy tea station for late-night snacks. The communal dining area was well kept, and it was just a short walk to the beach.
The bathroom had plenty of supplies but could benefit from more hooks for towels.

Nice and neat stay!
Had a comfy night here. The shared bathroom was clean, and the communal area was really lovely for grabbing snacks. Took a nice early morning stroll along the front for brekkie. Perfect way to dodge the busy roads. Just wished the wifi was a bit stronger. Good vibes for a solo traveler!
